Tax and accounting workflows haven't kept pace with the tools available to improve them. As the industry evolves — leaner teams, more AI, growing complexity — there's a real opportunity to rethink how the work gets done.
We're not building generic software and hoping it fits. We're identifying specific workflows where domain expertise and AI can come together to make a meaningful difference — starting with K-1 processing for fund-of-funds tax compliance.

Meet Lyndon
Dynamic Automation was founded by a Big 4 tax professional with an eye for how data flows through complex processes. After spending tax seasons watching teams spend hours on manual data entry, the same thought kept coming up: there has to be a better way to do this.
K1Manager was built to address a specific pain point that fund-of-funds tax teams know well: extracting K-1 data from PDFs and aggregating it into workpapers. It's the kind of process where better tooling can make a real difference.
